No. Walk-ins are always welcome during opening hours. There is no booking required for Open Play. Just arrive, and our team will welcome you at the front desk. If it is your first visit, you will sign a short waiver before entering the play space.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day, Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM including public holidays.
Where is NeuroNest?
We are at Kenrail Towers, M3 Southern Wing, Westlands, Nairobi. Parking is available at Kenrail Towers. If you need directions, WhatsApp us on +254 768 199 515.
Is there parking on site?
Yes. Parking is available at Kenrail Towers where we are located.
What age groups do you cater for?
NeuroNest is designed for children aged 2 to 12. Siblings outside this range are also welcome to accompany the family.
Parents and Caregivers
Can I stay with my child during the session?
Yes. You are welcome to stay on the floor with your child for the full session. We also have a parent waiting area if you prefer to step back. Parental supervision is not mandatory as our trained staff are always present.
Can I leave my child at NeuroNest while I run errands?
Yes. Our trained staff are on hand throughout every session. You are welcome to leave your child in our care and return before the session ends.
Is NeuroNest only for neurodivergent children?
No. NeuroNest is designed with neurodivergent children in mind, but siblings and neurotypical friends are just as welcome. Every child plays freely here.
Do I need a diagnosis for my child to attend?
No diagnosis is needed. If your child needs a thoughtful, lower-stimulation play environment, your family is welcome.
Pricing and Payment
How much does Open Play cost?
Weekdays: KES 1,000 per child, 5 hour session. Weekends: KES 1,500 per child, 3 hour session. Additional hours are available at KES 500 each. Accompanying adults enter free.
How do I pay?
We accept M-PESA, bank transfer and card payments. We do not accept cash.
Do adults need to pay?
No. Accompanying adults enter free of charge.
What to Bring
What should my child bring?
Bring a water bottle and socks. Grip socks are required inside the play area for safety. You can bring your own or purchase a pair from us at the front desk.
Can we bring food?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food and eat in the reception or break area. Food is not permitted inside the play space itself. There are also hotels nearby where you can order food.
Are there toilets and baby changing facilities on site?
Yes. We have children's toilets and baby changing facilities on site.
Therapy and Programmes
Are therapists available at NeuroNest?

Yes. We welcome school visits and group bookings. Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time and to discuss what the visit will involve.
Photography
Can I take photos of my child at NeuroNest?
Yes, but please be mindful of other children in the space. Photography and videography require consent when other children may appear in your photos or videos. Please ask permission from any parent or guardian before capturing other children. NeuroNest may photograph or record activities for our website and social media and will always ask for your consent before photographing your child.
